This is a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Service professional to play a vital role with a future-focused and customer-obsessed hair and skincare brand. In this fast-paced and flexible environment no two days are the same, as you work to provide outstanding customer service.
With a true passion for beauty and bettering customer experience, you will become an expert in the product catalogue, using this to support social media channel queries. As you respond to queries and monitor social media platforms, you will strive to uncover consumer insights that can be used to further improve customer experience and help to drive innovation.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
